#6 turnout circuit breaker
Posted by Barry D on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 11:05 PM

This is my first time posting a message and I thought someone could help me with my problem.

I have a GP 30 that when it goes over a Aristo Craft #6 turnout switch, it stalls when it hits the center frog.  I've turned over the switch and checked all the connections, cleaned all the connections and tighten all the screws.  The locomotive still stalls when it goes over the switch. This does not happen on any of the other switches that I have on my layout.  Know the only thing I can think of, is replacing what they call the little circuit breaker which attaches the two wires in back of the switch.

My question to all of you is, where can I get a replacment micro switch for my #6 switch?  I hope I've explained this well enough so someone could help me.

Thanks
