Pictures from the National Convention
Posted by Camaro1967 on Saturday, May 10, 2008 10:42 AM

Sorry to be slow, but it took us five days to drive home, but here is a link to a Photobucket file of 89 pictures of layouts I took at the National Convention. They are in backward order that I had intended, but still ok.

Thanks for sharing those!!! I used to live in Phoenix, and I wasn't back into trains yet. Now I'm in NY and I find out those guys are really into it. Oh well.

Great photos! I know you had a great time. But I would have been sucking in water, looked hottt.

Seen you made it to my fav. RR, the Paloverde & Western.

Paul,

Hope you enjoyed your trip out and back.

Thanks for stopping by the SDRR!

Thanks for posting the pictures so some of us who didn't get time to go touring could see the progress that others have made!!

Thanks Duncan, It was a great trip. I have seen many Arizona layouts before, but almost none of the ones I saw during the convention.  Yours is exactly the way I like them. Lots of straight runs, and big turns.  Not everyone has that much space.  It is one of my favorites.
