Is Marc gonna let Rene go to ECLSTS this year???  We'd love the chance to meet her in person!  Just look at how hard she has to work to keep this bunch of old codgers in line!   A couple of days out of the office on Company Expense Account would do her a world of good!

Hi Capn,

Unfortunately, I'm not scheduled to go to the ECLSTS thisi year. . the only one I'm going to in 2008 is the national convention next month (this excludes local shows within driving distance). Sorry to disappoint (again).

It would be nice if GR supported the biggest large scale show in the country. It was a bit disappointing to keep walking by an empty GR booth.

Can't believe I'm aboiut to say this, but I second Brians thoughts, whereas I appreciated the free magazine left on the table,  having no one there to say Hi to, was VERY dissapointing to say the least!  Thanks for telling us that we aren't important enough for you guys to show up

Maybe if you aren't going to show up next year, you could have cardboard cut outs sent so that we can talk to them and take pictures with them.

Aye to Bob's motion, and I agree with Brian.  This IS the largest show of the year.  Sorry we are not in Arizona, Colorado, the Bay Area, or Southern California or on a cruise ship to Alaska.  Our main publication needs people at the show. Then maybe you would get some neat articles about layouts outside of Colorado and California.

If I were Rene I would walk right up to Mark, slam my fist on his desk and say "I'm going to the show and YOU are going to pay for round trip, 4 star hotel AND expense account, GOT IT MISTER!!!!".  Yup, that's what I would do exactly.
