Watch out TX. and FL. for Dean

<p>Well, the waters of the gulf is warm. Dean will get strong.</p><p>I think Dean will pass to south of Cuba and then turn north just off the Yucatan and hit into Texas or LA and eventually north or west. We are very hot here in arkansas and remember the heat before Katrina arrived.</p><p>If Dean is turned before Cuba she will hit Florida or into Ga.</p><p>I dont see any reason for Dean to hit the eastern seaboard this time but only the Lord knows what it will do.</p>
