How do yall handle burnout?

Ever heard of "overtraining"? - the harder you push when you're in a slump the deeper the slump gets. </p><p> </p><p>Sit back, relax, read a book! </p><p> </p><p>Oh... and when you find the time, do some low key railfanning i.e. go for a drive, look at everything, structures, landscape and trains.
