I came across a nice site where there's 2 pdf's of multigauge turnouts in HO (scroll down). Wondering if these can be resized to 32/45mm? If so, perhaps what percentage Unsure if HO and HOn2 or 3 can be upped to O and G. I'm horrible at making multigauge turnouts and a guide would surely help me tremendously.

so you are using the HO scale track? Or am I missing something?
The Home of Articulated Ugliness
Track gauge for HO is 16.5 mm, HOn2 is 7.01mm, HOn3 is 10.5mm. so the ratio for HO to G is .3667 and for HOn2 to O is .2191 or HOn3 is .3281. While the ratios are close for HO/HOn3 increasing a dual gauge template would yield 45mm/28.6mm or 50.3mm/32mm depending on which ratio you used. In the first case your O is too narrow and in the second case G is too wide.
You might try copying a full size G and then copy a full size O overtop it. It won't have the frog detail for where the different gauges cross, but you could draw that in using a dual gauge template as a reference.

David:
I've used the templates from Fast Tracks at: http://www.handlaidtrack.com/category.php?id=334&link_str=334
There are On2 & On3 switch and wye turnout template that are free to download. The thing was that I didn't like the tie size and spacing when scaled up to 32mm or 45mm so ended up drawing my own tie template over the geometry of the track one provided.
Good luck! Oh, for O scale use 48 (feet per foot) / 20.3 (for 45mm track @ 3') = 2.36 or 236% increase in scale. Your copier may be able to go that big or print to a large format from the pdf scaling that amount. Do the math for 87 / 20.3 but scaling from smaller scales ussually yeilds bigger errors - worth trying though.
