Posted by Capt Bob Johnson on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 7:56 PM
I recently changed providers and my e-mail address has changed.  I can't figure out how to change it for my sign in!  Anybody able to help?

Just above the message area, but below the TRAINS masthead and magazine icons on the right side "Faq|Update Profile|Logout"  Click on the Update Profile link.  Then in the 4 section of page that appears is a place for your e-mail addy.

IF what Semper wrote doesn't work, you can also email customerservice@kalmbach.com. They are pros when it comes to helping with log in problems.

The update profile does not work for the login e-mail addy, it only has a space for an addy you want to diplay to the public!   Guess I'll have to contact the folks in charge!
