Where can I find out the value of a train I just purchased at a yard sale?

Hello,

I just bought a battery opp train, MINT in BOX never used from 1960's. Made in Japan. It's tin.

It's labeled ASC Express. I've tried various websites on the internet, but cannot find one like it. I was wondering what it's value is?

Thanks

The answer will probably be -"not a lot"...

The Basset Lowke locomotives that my father gave me and the clockwork ones from my late uncle are listed on the household insurance -but under the category of "family pieces". "The Princess" is perhaps the most expensive of them, hand made precision componants, original plywood box with the Basset Lowke shield latch still on it, she still steams and she was made in 1934.

At auction, on a good day, it might fetch £100...
