tHE END OF 2003 is around the corner, I found an old photo to show you beginners that we all start from nothing. 1st two photos which are large so click on the url shows Jan 2000 when I was just starting dirt work on the NTCGRR. Also thinking ,, what have I gotten myself into????[V][?]

So PLEASE be encouraged, some of us have been in this hobby for 12 years or so ,and on our fouth GRR. And it always gets better.[^] Its not the size that counts, its the FUN!!!!![:p][:D]

I can't believe the change in your layout. I read your article in the Feb 2003 issue of Garden Railways and really enjoyed every bit. All your information and pictures has inspired me in every way. I hope your railway expands in 2004 and Happy New Year![:D][8D][:)][swg]

Hey Marty,
Thanks for the shots. Funny how when we get something done we forget how much work it was. What a difference! I'll bet you walked around that area a lot wondering which way the trains will run, where the buildings will go, should I make an operators area here, there? Decisions, decisions. But the fun after!
