yes there is. when you reply to or start a topic, you can check a box at the bottom to have this done. However, I did this once, and recieved a few emails from it. This eventually got a bit annoying to do the popularity of the topic. Another thing you might try is to click on your own profile. when you do so, it shows your information, and also the alst 10 posts and topics you have replied to and you can click on them from there.
