Lee Wood is the current designated curator of the 4 layout display, but I know he is very busy and sometimes cuts it close on notifications for this annual event, so here goes:

The Edgerton Model Railroad Club of Rochester is the current operator/curator of the layouts originally built in 1950 by the Police Athletic League Rochester as a civic project to keep kids occupied after school. Located at 41 Backus St. the layouts are ordinarily open to the public the last Saturday of each month year round but have been open for extended holiday hours for many years now. Admission is free, there is a cookie reception, and donations are always welcomed.
