You can file/shape the center rail pins from the 1122-500 set to fit the GarGraves, too:

These 2 are pretty compatible. The Gargraves pins are a little bigger than the Super O so a little filing or grinding makes them go into the Super O track easily. The Super O goes into the Gargraves with no trouble and seems to make a fair connection.
For the center track squeezing one of the Super O Buss bars between the center rails of the Gargraves track after opening it up a bit works good. I have also cut a Buss bar in half and soldered a Gargraves pin to the other end. This is more difficult than the first method but it works too.
This photo shows the Buss bar inserted into the Gargraves center track.
one you would need some type of conversion for the middle rail on the super O then there's two ways I would go about it best to my thinking you would have to remove a couple of ties from the gargraves so you can get over the connection parts on the super O. the other would be to cut them off which I do not suggest doing as not reversible once done. now to my thinking for the middle rail you could squeeze one end of the clip to make it secure to the middle rail on gargraves. now the other two rails sounds like you need to either make the accepting holes bigger or tighter to make them work which shouldn't be that hard. Never though of doing it but I would think it would be very possible to do.
