The Train Shoppe, Salt Lake City

As I said in my previous post,  I picked up a Polar Express 0-8-0 a few weeks ago.  I purchased the locomotive from the Train Shoppe in Salt Lake City.  I went there with my son and granddaughter, she is 2 years old.  The front half of the store is the hobby shop.  In the back they have a G-Scale Layout with coin operated boxes, put in 25 cents and a train will run for 2 minutes.  I think there were  6 different train loops to run.  They also have a 7-1/2 gauge train ride that runs through the wild west with bandits, cowboys and Indians.  The guys there did a really nice job.  They are also working on building a O Scale layout and an HO layout.   If you are in Salt Lake City - check it out.
