I think Ross has what you need. They will adapt to Lionel track.

Tubular track is so simple,,, wide radius switches can be very expensive. I have been temped with the idea of making my own switch out of a straight section and a curved section combined with some home made parts. I really don't think it would be very hard to do. The first one would be the hardest. Someone else has to have already done this.

Atlas makes O54 swithes and they sell adapters to mate to tubular track... I have not used them wth tubular though.

I was moving around some track on my layout and I found that some 0-54 radius switches would come in very handy. Does anyone make any that are compatible with Lionel's tubular track?
