Sherm
I am having trouble finding Lionel unloading/uncoupling track. When searching I found that Gargraves  had both type in tubular. Can anyone tell me if these tracks are combatable with Lionel. I know the lengths don't match. Thanks

Sorry. I was referring to 031 O gauge. I have taken the suggestion to look on EBAY and have been able to pick up two of the tracks I needed. The price was reasonable and as far as I could tell they looked in very good shape.

I would like to know the answer to my question just for the sake of knowing. Thanks to all.

I use GarGraves exclusively. Have for about 30 years. I've seen their remote sections, never owned or used any of them.

The rail cross section at the head is smaller by a fair amount than 031 tubular. It is closer to 027 tubular.

I think somewhere I have some adaptor pins to go from GarGraves to probably 031.

IF you buy a GarGraves operating section, you will need some sort of adaptor pin.

#207-219 about covers the sections.

You will need GarGraves #801 adaptor pins, 031 to GarGraves, or #802, 027 to GarGraves. Those are packages of 12, enough for two remote sections.

Sherm

My interest is o gage

0 gauge is just 1.25" gauge.

I think the question was more of TYPE of 0 gauge. 027 is shorter in height than 0 (031), FastTratck is different profile.

You probably need to specify what you are trying to connect it to. Yes, you can buggerize around and make something work, but if the folks on this forum knew exactly what you were using.

Did you comment mean 031, standard Lionel high rail?

You can find them at train shows, I believe, in whatever condition you find acceptable. And rather than bid, you can bargain--I think the ability to step away from a table with your money still in hand gives you a negotiating lever you don't have in ebay transactions. Flash that green--who knows how long the seller has been carting those  uncoupling tracks around--"you want 4--tell you what--lemme give you a great price on all 6 and we'll both be happy!"

By the way--has anyone used the super O uncoupling secthon with Gargraves track?

have you tried ebay as I see them on there all the time in O and O27 I may even hace a couple of O gauge ones if I look around with controllers Just basicly gave a O27 one away as it didn't sell on ebay and listed it like 3 times

RT, Didn't I send you two of them with controllers that needed to be rewired with that 45 crossover or am I thinking about something else? If not I may still have some in O. I think they were the 5 rail ones.
