Atlas O Announces Golden Spike Club® Charter Membership Deadline Extension

Due to the overwhelming response from O model railroaders, the sign-up deadline to become a Charter Member of the new Atlas O Golden Spike Club® has been extended until midnight, Monday, April 30, 2007. This extension will allow those just now discovering the advantages available to Charter Members to get in on the ground floor.
"We are extending the Charter Membership sign-up deadline to coincide with the April 18 - 21 TCA Meet in York, PA," said Thomas W. Haedrich, CEO. "During this April's show, visitors to the Atlas booth will be able to see for the first time, the actual, 40' Wood Reefer meticulously decorated for Clicquot Club Ginger Ale Charter Members will receive as their sign-up gift, as well as the club's first offer - an Atlas Trainman® RSD 7/15 Demonstrator locomotive, available exclusively to club members at special prices.
By mid-March, close to 1,000 O modelers had signed up to become Charter Members; a phenomenal response which grows daily," Tom continued. "As members of the club, they will be acquiring unique, limited offerings not available to the general model railroading public, along with inside information, pre-announcements and coming surprises. The special Charter Membership card will forever designate the bearer as a Charter Member. "
Applications to join the Atlas O Golden Spike Club® are available in the current Atlas O Catalog, or online at http://www.atlaso.com/ (click on the Golden Spike Club icon). You may also call 908-687-9590 during business hours, E.S.T. Membership is $50 per year. More information, along with photos of the club reefer car and Demonstrator loco are also available online. In addition to the club car and Charter Membership Card, Charter Members will receive a distinctive club pin, free First Class mailing on new Atlas O catalogs, ongoing special offers, and the Golden Spike Club® Newsletter. The first mailing to club members is scheduled for late March 2007.

Due to the overwhelming response from O gauge hobbyists, the sign-up deadline to become a Charter Member of the new Atlas O Golden Spike Club has been extended until midnight, Monday, April 30, 2007. This extension will allow those just now discovering the advantages available to Charter Members to get in on the ground floor.

"We are extending the Charter Membership sign-up deadline to coincide with the April 18 - 21 TCA Meet in York, PA," said Thomas W. Haedrich, CEO. (The club was announced at the previous York show in October 2006.) During this April's show, visitors to the Atlas booth will be able to see for the first time, the actual 40' Wood Reefer meticulously decorated for Clicquot Club Ginger Ale which Charter Members will receive as their sign-up gift. Visitors to the booth will also catch a glimpse of the club's first offer - an Atlas Trainman RSD 7/15 Demonstrator locomotive, available exclusively to club members at special prices.

"By mid-March, close to 1,000 O modelers had signed up to become Charter Members; a phenomenal response which grows daily," Tom continued. "We've been finalizing details and putting the finishing touches on what we believe will be an exciting enhancement to our most loyal customers' appreciation and enjoyment of Atlas' high quality, top performance O products. As members of the club, they will be acquiring unique, limited offerings not available to the general model railroading public, along with inside information, pre-announcements and coming surprises. The special Charter Membership card will forever designate the bearer as a Charter Member. "

Applications to join the Atlas O Golden Spike Club are available in the current Atlas O Catalog, or at atlaso.com (click on the Golden Spike Club icon). We placed it under news ... youse guys should check the main website from time to time.

Oh, when I lived in Seattle I loved Jack in the Box.

Even when they were serving food that kiiled people, heck, I'd still take my chances on their breakfast sour dough sandwich.

As Jed Clampett would say, "Them's good eatin'."
