Measurements for an O-22 switch
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, March 29, 2007 8:30 PM

Hello, I'm trying to put together a track layout with the Atlas freebie software and I've had to create the O-31 turns that I'm using with the flex track, but I don't know the measurements for the O-22 switch, length of turn, degree of turn, and length of the straight portion.  Can anyone help?

Thanx in advance.

Straight is the same as a section of O-31 straight, turnout is the same as a section of O-31 curved.
When everything else fails, play dead

thanks, for some reason those measurements aren't working out right.  I'll keep tinkering with it.

where does atlas measure for their radius?  I know Lionel measures from outside edge to outside edge, does atlas measure from the center rail?
