K-line Collector club Alaska SD- ?

Can anyone tell me what the approximate price to buy one of these?A friend just picked up an Alaska (2-11554 ) K line engine,I think an SD-60.It is one of the collectors club versions.It is a conventional engine.He paid $250.00. does this sound reasonable. No problems we're just trying to ascertain its value.

I dont know the value but it is a SD-70.

It is a model of an EMD SD70MAC.

The versions with Trainmaster Command Control and RailSounds were priced at $250 by K-Line.

K-Line is gone, it's now a divison of Lionel.  The SD70 came in a Lionel Box but is marked K-Line on the locomotive!  I would expect to pay a lot more than the "K-Line Club" price for this beauty that is the last of the "old K-Line".  Thank you Lionel for going ahead building and shipping this locomotive with Lionel's money from a bankrupt K-Line club offer.

I have the SD70 Alaska.  Lionel can learn a lot.

Thanks guys.As I stated he loves the engine.Its so long I'm not sure it will run on my straight tracks ! We purchased it a show and the vendor was a little questionable.
