Vintage Toy Trucks - need help
Posted by motard98 on Friday, March 2, 2007 9:09 PM

I'm going through some of my fathers postwar Lionel and found these two metal trucks.  Does anyone know who the manufacturer was?  These were likely purchased between 1956-1958 and were used as accesories on his layout.  The only identification is Made in Japan and numbers 68195 & C1955. Thanks for any help

I don't have a direct answer for you, but I was researching a toy metal airplane I bought for my boy, trying to find out who made it. The first thing I did was go to ebay and search for "toy metal airplane" and bingo - the exact toy I had popped up about a dozen times. It's worth a shot.
