Dimensions of Plasticville Union Station
Posted by steinmike on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 9:49 AM

Folks:

I'm considering a kitbash project that would combine several of the Plasticville Union Station kits to create a larger (and more realistic looking) art-deco style station.  Can anyone provide the length of the side and front walls of the kit as well as the height of the platform (from the illustrations it would seem that it's about 1" high)?  CTT had an article on a Union Station kitbash in the May, 2004 issue, but I'm thinking of taking a different approach.

Thanks!

According to RR-Track software, the station without the platforms measures:

L = 9.75"

W = 6.38"

Height is not provided.

Chris:

Thanks for the information!  I'm going to go ahead and give this a shot.
