The layout is 6 X 8, that's as big as I can go, so I tried to get the biggest bang for the buck, I have three separate lines running at once.....

 The South Bend water tower is a model from Walthers, after assembly, I painted it, then bought some self stick 1/2 letters from Hobby Lobby.
