Grrreaat Customer Service

It is only right that I share the positive experience I had with Electric RR.

I decided to upgrade a couple of BEEPS with the TMCC upgrade from Electric RR.  Everything went great doing the installation.  Both have run flawlessly for the past 6 months.

Then all of a sudden no sound, both units respond well and run, but in stealth mode.  Contacted Electronic RR (John), to see if I had done something.  After a little online trouble-shooting, he said he thought he knew what might be wrong, and wanted to send me a couple of parts.  And, if that didn't  work just box them and ship them to him and he will see what the issue is.

Received TWO days later, installed the parts, and the BEEPS were meerily singing again!!!!

Called Electric RR to let them know it was all fixed, and send them a check.  They were totally apologetic about the inconvience that I had to sustain!!!!  Unbelievable!!!!!

They totally get my FIVE STARS !!

Great timing on the post.

I was about to ask about this company...I am planning to add sound to my 2338.

Thank you,

Kurt

Don, I have had very similar experience with Jon, Nothing is too much trouble for him.  I had a problem with the horn in a Lionel Trainmaster that I converted to TMCC, after a few back and forth emails, he called me from CA and discussed the problem while I tried the solution.  Great customer service.  BTW I recently ordered two more upgrades from him.

I have been working with Jon on adding a Polar Express upgrade for mine.  I'll let you know how it comes out.  I'm doing the install tomorrow.  I agree, he is very helpful and pays attention to detail.
