What does my Lionel Grey NYC Hudson 4-6-4 #5450 have for options?

I have a Lionel Grey NYC Hudson 4-6-4 #5450 that I would like to know the value of it and unlike other Lionel trains there is nothing on the end of the box like a stock number.  I can tell it has railsound and signal sound and is lit and smokes.  The outside box has this description MLR 4-6-4 Hudson Gray 6028030000.  It also has the date shop ordered being 7/29/99.  Can anyone tell me what it's worth and what the options are?  Thanks, Sam
