Control a Train Layout via the Internet

I recently re-visited this website to find that it's makers have updated the layout.

Once you open the link below, click on the "Control Desk" tab.  This will open another window with a diagram of the layout and a webcam of it too.

First you click on the layout destination for the train.  Then you select the train you want to move and click on START.  You can then watch the train move, via the webcam, around the layout.

Once you get one train moving, quickly select another destination and train and click START - you can get more than one train moving at a time!

It's a great way to run trains over your lunch hour ... just don't let your boss catch you!   Enjoy.

What a fun idea of those Germans!
It looks really attractive. I did not find the derailing function yet, and did not get everything sorted out, but it certainly looks good. I will try it again, when fewer people are on the tracks as well.
Boy o boy, what would this be great if the same technology would apply on some other great layout I got acquainted with via this forum.
