Cool stuff.  That looks like a sheepdog with no hair.  I had one and got tired of trips to the groomer.

Reggie-  Good buildings for your layout. Your Dog looks like the one from the old "Little Rascal's video's of the 30's. being that i got him in kentucky and they are hard to come by plus almost illegal there to. i had to do what i had to do. cause i really liked the dog and i wanted one didnt have the patience to check else where. ? can you get another one and will it be registered with papers. i want a girl. i will come and pick her up.
