Can't find CTT 2005 magazine to buy, have an extra?

My father is looking for the All Star Electric Trains of the 1950's edition printed in 2005. He doesn't have a computer, so he doesn't want a pdf download, he probably can't spell pdf. Does anyone have one that I can buy or know where I can buy that magazine? I'd surely appreciate any help. Thanks, JWB

I just called them and the nice lady told me that the particular issue I was looking for was completely sold out. I find it hard to believe, but anyway, they can't send me on. Anyone have an extra?????
