WHAT IS MY SET?

I am prewar collector. Im in college so i cant afford to buy alot of trains so i research what i have. I ran into a strange set a few years ago and i wondered if anyone can answer a few questions for me. First off the set consists of the following.
1. 224 locomotive with 2224t plastic top tender. Smooth sanddome. 1941 version.
2. 2812x gondola burnt orange with 1941 style box couplers.
3. 2654 tank car, orange shell, with 1940 style box couplers with simulated lift pins.
4.2757 Pennsy caboose with 1941 style box couplers.
Can anyone tell me the set number, uncatalogued or catalogued, and if im missing a car. would the 2654 from 1941 be a war shortage item? Thanks.

Sorry i met the 2654 from 1940 be a leftover substituted because of war cutbacks?
