Service call time

Just bought 2 MTH PS-2 locos, a premier and an RK, both bad out of the box. 2 weeks ago sent email to MTH service ctr and haven't heard back yet and getting a bit anxious. Perhaps Hurricane Isabel or damage there? Anyway, the web site says not to email back and that it will take a few days.

Last time I had a bad loco, they responded the next day. Their service was excellent. I find that usually if a loco goes bad, it will likely happen out of the box and once fixed, there's usually no problems.

(BTW, the GP38-2 fans don't spin (premier) and the 4-8-4 Northern doesn't move at all.)
