Register at ebay.com and then  search the Lionel category in o scale trains in the Trains and Hobbies  categogy.  Yes, there's a few categories to go thru and the search can be HUGE.  You can try searching the item #"s or by using  description words, too.  You can "watch" the progressive bidding each day and go for the kill  in the last few minutes as long as it's in your price range.  Can get competetive!!  Lotta fun!!

When I am looking for an item,  I will make up an email and send it to several dealers in different parts of the country.  This last spring I was looking for a Lionel TPC 300 and I wrote several dealers and found just what I was looking for at a good price.

I think the following was the list of stores I sent emails:

Todd's, North Carolina

My purchase was made from Train Express an authorized dealer so therefor the warranty is valid.  (This may be a problem sometimes with eBay.)  Please, don't think I'm knocking eBay because I have used it to find a large number of rolling stock such as my New York Central Pacemaker Cars.
