That looks like a good buy from the picture. I have a 4" Dremel that I have had for about 35 years and have used it pretty hard. The only thing lacking on the Penn State is a rip fence, I guess you could rig one with a couple of C clamps and a strip of wood. I have actually used mine to rip pine down to 1/8 X 1/4 strips.
