Can I paint over "Real Water"?

Have some areas that discolored after I added Woodland Scenics Real water. Anyone know whether I can paint on top of it before I add another layer?

Thanks

Wait until you're finished adding the layers of Real Water. Then go in and repaint and add foliage.

I need to know whether the paint will adhere to the "real water" itself. There are spots that need painted, then another layer of "real water" applied.

I painted some acrylic over Realistic water and applied another layer of water, I let the paint dry overnight and it worked fine.

Thanks. I painted last night and will apply another layer of realistic water tonite. The paint appears to have dried and adhered just fine.
