Need help with Disney Mickey train 29205 1997 What do I have???

Could this be a prototype? Just started to collect again in November.
Has anyone ever seen this solid navy blue version of this Mickey Train 29205?
Looking at it at an angle you can see where the factory put the decals on.
Here is a pic of the solid blue one I found and the regular one.
Any help would be appreciated. It wasn't re painted...

Sorry I don't have any info about it, if by some act it is not factory, someone went ot a lot of effort to duplicate the graphics.

Perhaps if you comment where it came from (without necessarily naming names), you might be providing info people may be able to comment on.

It actually came from an estate sale on ebay from an antique store. They only had a few items that were trains....
