Anyone get any K-Line repairs back recently?

They indicated repairs and/or returns would pick up again at the end of January... Anyone getting anything back from them? I'm waiting on a transformer (albeit with low expectations)...

Remain calm as K-Line is slow with repairs and special orders, keep all paper work or
mailing receipts as K-Line may be undergoing new ownership and this may affect the waiting period for your repair. In the past I have had no problem other than waiting on a repair.
