Antique Perpetual Flip calendar Lionel Corporation

Hello I am new to this forum...and I have a question, My Dad has this Perpetal Calendar from the Lionel Corporation New York made by Brown and Bigelow Pat. Pending and I was wondering if any of you collector's have ever seen one before and if so if you have any idea how old it might be. Thank You

A glance at the online auction house e--y shows several of these perpetual calanders in the current listings.

According to Google, Brown and Bigelow are still in business. Perhaps they could help.
