[#welcome] to the forum MOKIE ! You may want to recheck your question there, as I can't seem to figure out what it is you're asking. Maybe some others will be along soon to help.
Thanks, John

mokiej,

[#welcome] to the CTT forum.

Give us some more information to work with. What is the model number of the train and which transformer are you using. A blinking light on a transformer usually indicates a short circuit somewhere.

Roy

Sounds like a short circuit. Most likely cause is a derailed car or locomotive with one wheel touching the center rail.
Other causes are anthing metal lying across the track (tools, metal automobiles) or wires that are touching each other when they shouldn't. (A wire that's come loose and is touching its neighbour.) Loose wire or metal bits that are in the pickups.
The flashing light may not start until you put enough voltage into the track for the transformer to notice.
