I do a lot of service work for the Lombard Park Dist., The Director of construction and mantenance and his Assistant, like me are toy train collectors. I saw the add for bring your train to work day[dates not correct 11/4 not 11/11] I suggested that we do a lay out at the Rec. center. We will be doing this on 11/11. any suggestion's on what to hand out to the kid's? We are in the same building as the Pre School as well, most of the kid's are 3 to 6yr's old. we talked to W G H they are working on something for the future, but nothing at this time.I'm thinking about my LHS talking to them. My wife said to find a thomas coloring page, to down load. The 3 of us are looking forward to this. any info. would be very helpful. Thank you Mike [:)][:)][:)]

Hello CMRJ ! I found some nice train coloring pages at the LIonel web site, I think under free stuff. You can download I think about 4 different pages & print them & make copies. I did for my grandchildren. Hope this helps. Thanks, John
I just checked their website & they are still there, a boxcar they can make.

I brought my MTH Wabash GP-9 and enough RealTrax to make a point-to-point run on my L-shaped desk. I was going to bring my CW-80 transformer but it made the horn blow constantly so I brought my trusty 1033 instead, plus a sound activation button so I could make both the horn and bell work. One of my co-workers was quite impressed with the sounds and smooth running, and he's saying he has to get back into model railroading. That's what this day is all about!
