When you turn on the remote what version does it say? 3.0 or 3.1, If it doesn't say 3.1 you need to upgrade.

I'll do some of the upgrades at the Classic toy trains booth in the Brown hall B4 around 4 PM thursday. I see how many want it before I add times. I'm just doing it as a fovor to anyone that wants it.

Jamie,

I have noticed that you have done this several times at train shows and I think that it is outstanding that you offer your services and your DCS expertise to others.

I definitely need it, I'm at 2.21! Will you be there on Friday or Saturday? I can't get to York on Thursday. And if you are there on either of those days, will you still be at the CTT booth?

Missed your post:

Bring your TIU and remote with new batteries. It would be good to put a ID sticker on your boxes so nothing gets mixed up. I don't expect to see many people, but want to play it safe.

Note I will have to reset the TIU and remote for non 3.0 units. You will loose the info in your units as a result. Trust me it is well worth the effort.

I need to know the TIU # so I can reset that value.

JAMIE,
Should I get the ID for you now? Or just bring the units with me? Where are the numbers located?

We can check it there. It's mainly for Super Mode units.

I will see everyone there.

Thursday at 4:00 at Classic Toy Trains You can drop them off if you have an ID tag on them and shop around and pick them up.

Friday Purple hall 12:00 to 1:00 pm.

I can't promise but if the show is good, I will be there. A friend of mine is coming and he might stay and do it. Check with Neil at Classic to see if I'm there Saturday. I will let him know by friday after noon. I will see if I can post back if I can get near a computer to do so..
