Not many HO folks here. You will have better luck on the Model Railroader forum.

Wow, someone else who feels the way I do about inappropriate posts on the wrong forums!

I was going to leave this one alone; but I must say that I doubt that Bud and I feel the same way about HO folks who accidentally post to this forum and can benefit from being redirected to the MR forum.

Hmmm......Who says "Classic Toy Trains" Havta have "Three" rails and be a specific size? There are and were many manufactures of toy trains in other scales besides "0"! Large and small guage!
BTW Walther's produced a line of "0" scale (16")passenger car kits too. Available with tinplate trucks! The directions for the "0" model kit are very similar to the HO! I wish I had a set I could share! Maybe someone else does.

What you say is true, Dave. But it would nevertheless be unkind not to point out to pdruber that the other forum is a better resource for HO.

My apologies lionelsoni. You were absolutely correct in directing pdruber to the forum where his chances of finding the plans for the Walthers car would be the greatest. My comment (A personal “pet peeve” of mine) was directed to the exuberant posting below yours. We’ve all heard comments from “Model Railroaders” who seem to believe that unless you operate on 2 rails you can’t be a Model Railroader! I just don’t wi***o convey the same prejudice when it concerns toy trains. I kinda got caught up in the moment and ended up on a soap box. I'll use a little restraint next time.
