i cant get my zw (new) too put my trains in neutral...goes forward ...reverse,,,but when i pull throttle all the way too zero train doesnt stop...any help ?

Sounds like you have at least one wrong terminal hooked to the track, and you have selected a constant voltage pair of terminals. Try reviewing instructions. Most Lionel transformers have clearly marked ..like "0-16 volts" range.
