Handlaid rail
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 10:07 AM
Hey guys:
I have been collecting HO trains for 40 years or so and haven't had a working layout since I was a kid. I want to get one going again and have been buying Tru Scale ready track and wood roadbed whenever I can find it. It is all code 100 but I like the look, with minimal effort, it looks pretty good. I have quite a bit of the self gauging roadbed but can't find rail. Does anyone know where to find it? Thanks for any info that you have.

This forum is mostly 3 rail O gauge with some S and Standard gauge toy trains. The model railroader forums are more scale oriented - HO and N predominate.

Micro Engineering makes rail - you can get it through Walthers http://www.walthers.com/ or a number of internet stores http://www.internettrains.com/micenrailhos.html or do a google search on micro engineering.

Enjoy

Thanks Paul:
I'd been to both of those sites and did not find the product before. I did not realize that it came in 3 ft pieces, thinking that those were just more flextrack.
