Walthers Turntable - How 'about one in O

Pick up the July issue of Model Train News (you won't find this in OGR or CTT) and check out Walthers new HO Cornerstone 130' turntable. What a really nice turntable it appears to be. Electronic indexing too.

Now this is what we need in 3rail to turn those big articulateds! Maybe we all need to put a bug in Walthers ear!!!

The Walthers HO turntable is a nice model. However, I have read on other forums that it has a problem with a "wobble" as it turns. This can be fixed with a few styrene shims. An O scale model would either need a modified design or have major stability problems.

All that said, I agree that it would be nice to have such a model in the Cornerstone line. I really like their O scale buildings.

Bowser makes an O scale Turntable. Works great with a Korber Models Roundhouse. The Korber Roundhouse is still the only one that can fit a Big Boy. Oh, and they still make everything here in the USA!!
