Wouldn't, btw, a 400 amp power pak with throttle on full provide enough current to prod a cat off the tracks?

I run the old pre WWI 110v Marklin 3 rail - current straight from the wall socket to the track - and there is never a problem - one misstep and kitty is krispy ...[dinner]
