Lionel Scout set

I recently found at a local flea market a Lionel Scout set. It has the 1101 steamer, tender, blue gondola, orange Babe Ruth boxcar, Sunoco tanker, and caboose. All pieces look to have little run time, all pieces have all the orange and blue boxes (rough, but there). The outer carton is missing.I know this was a an uncataloged set from 1948. What would the set number be for this?
