Could you be a little more specific? What's wrong with the eccentric right now? Is something bent? Rivet broken? Is it jamming? The solution depends a lot on the problem...

You could try one of the parts suppliers. I got valve gear for a 1615 from Brasseur's. They have some 2046 parts listed.
