Sunday Photo Fun - 3/19/23

Hadn't cracked the throttle in the Train Room in weeks, and then this showed up at my front door yesterday. Took just a little "massaging" until it jumped to life, and gave off that great American Flyer scent.

Here is a quickie video of it making its first laps on the S gauge loop.

Thanks to my friend, Rich, for the new-to-me diesel.

Nice 'Fife!  Yeah, sometimes these little "Rip van Winkles" need a little coaxing to wake up after a long sleep but when they're awake they rarely disappoint.  Great 1950's quality!

Wow, that looks like some of the tables at last weekend's train show!  Impressive!

Wow! Great GP7, love it! One of the engines on my wish list, for my building Flyer fleet. Very nice.
