Man, that's horrible. There was a movie called The Crazies directed by George Ramero, of Night of the Living Dead fame. It invoved a derailed train and toxic chemicals getting into the drinking water of a town. The people of the town, as the title explains, went crazy.
When I first saw that film I thought, No that could never happen.
Well, not to the same degree , but man, dieing from inhaling chlorine gas, I think thats more horrific than the movie.
