Thanks for SPF Fife!
I had posted this on the coffee pot but thought when I did I would put it on SPF.
Well here is what I did this week to help out a building I placed on the layout I got for Christmas.. I have a box of stir sticks I got years ago to build othe stuff for the layout. I like them because they are 7.5" long and thinner than popsickle sticks. Cut the ends to square them then broke them up, put them in a old cast iron skillet and lit them up 8 or 9 times with my torch in the shed to burn them. Then I placed some small rocks, some of my home made ballast, then put the burnt sticks around on top. I think it will work.
