I liked many of the songs from the Schoolhouse Rock segments.
A few years ago, a collection of many of the videos was released.
Here's a pic of it:

Great N/S commercial! I wonder when they ran it, I don't ever remember seeing it.
Probably was only shown at corporate events. Otherwise they would have had to pay royalties.
The use to be one of the making of Norfolk Southern whats your Function but it got taken down.
great stuff, used to watch those allll the time! Just looked him up, knew him from a lot of old TV, but never knew he did the commercials.

It's a TOY, A child's PLAYTHING!!! (Woody from Toy Story)
The School House Rock cartoons were great because they taught us about various topics in a way that was interesting for kids. Actually, they are still interesting for us even though we are now adults.
Jack Sheldon had an interesting career - 1950's West Coast "cool jazz" trumpeter / singer, later a bandleader (with Merv Griffin on Merv's syndicated talk show), actor ("Run Buddy Run") and so on. Always a great talk show guest, one of those guys who knew and/or worked with just about everyone in music or movies.
