Just got Blue Comet Passenger Car
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, January 1, 2005 10:51 PM
I Just got a Blue Comet Passenger Car for a late Christmas Present. I have a Pennsylvania Flyer set, and It does'nt run good with that. My 4-4-2 locomotive can't pull heavy loads, like the blue comet. So what I am saying is it does'nt go good with my layout, I don't want to sell it because I love it and I do not know what to do with it. Please Help me! ! !

P.S.
The lights flicker because it is old.

Thanx guys,
Colin

At the Railroad museum today I got to see the Blue Comet passenger train. It was incredible. The detail, the power, the smoke, the sounds, and Blue. It looked great out there and the gentleman just got the engine recently. Keep it and run it cause it feels good. If you ever get tired of it, let me know, it was a great looking train.

Happy New Year

Colin, even after you get everything working properly on your car, there will probably be some flickering. There is a way to cure this, if you're interested in some rewiring.
