The TAMR and a new era

As of 12:01 this morning, I become the TAMR's new Northeast Repersentive. For those of you who do not know what the TAMR is, its the Teen Assocation of Model Railroaders. Its a club for teens alike that are interested not only in model trains, but Railfanning and trains in general. Its for teens and anyone who is interested, It was formed for Teens and the youth age group. Others who are interested can join as well, we do not turn anyone away regardless of age. The club was created in 1964, its is a worldwide club.

As NE Rep, I am going to write a qaurterly newsletter about whats going on in the Northeast region. I am responsable for getting operating displays at shows and we hope to expand our operations.

As a member you get a monthly newsletter, and if you are in the Northeast region, a Newsletter from me called The Depot. As well, as other regions, you get ones from other regional reps.

I'm surprised! Are there that many teens that like O Gauge???

When I was a teen, I wanted serious realistic HO trains.....

If teens like it, then O GAUGE REALLY ROCKS!!!! Is that right?!

There are a few on this forum into O, some club members into O, some HO, some N, some G... and some are just interested in trains in general, and all are welcome!
